de la Arts Place was founded by  Co-Directors, Mario de la Nuez and his wife, Meridith Benson in the summer of 2005. Our Wish is to serve as a conduit for other organizations, individual artists, and the general public to explore all the possibilities inherent in collaboration and exploration in the arts with particular interest in dance.

Our mission is to encourage creativity, experimentation, and cooperation within the dance community through the integration of music, art, theatre, and all other artistic disciplines. To be a part of the community, for the community, both local and at large. To offer educational opportunities to the young and the seasoned, novice and expert. To strive to be inclusive and accepting of all.

The studios are located in the heart of the hip Oakley, Hyde Park Madisonville triangle in Cincinnati, Ohio. Upon entering the studios, you will find yourself welcomed into a friendly, lively and creative  atmosphere. The large studios offer climate control, plenty of room for movement, and  soft wood sprung dance floors in all studios.
